When Chinese triads are after Alex, Alex is sent on a mission with the CIA to investigate Alexei Sarov, in which Alex's "CIA spy chaperones", Carver and Troy, are killed while sneaking on to Sarov's private island. Alex discovers Sarov is going to set the world at war by blowing up radioactive submarines in Russia, which will form radioactive clouds that would drift throughout the world. Sarov's plan is stopped because he committed suicide. Recommended to everyone who likes the subject of nuclear war, action, or spies.
